By accessing and using the Visit My Granny website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Visit My Granny provides companion care services for elderly individuals, including our Visit My Veteran division, as well as services for nursing homes, hospitals, retirement complexes, and 55+ communities. Our services are designed to provide companionship, social interaction, and non-medical assistance to elderly individuals.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Payments and Pricing

Pricing for our services is as outlined on our website. One-time visits are priced at $44 per visit. For Silver (2 visits/week), Gold (3-4 visits/week), and Platinum (5-7 visits/week) plans, pricing is customized based on specific needs and locations. Payment terms will be provided prior to service commencement.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Service scheduling is subject to companion availability. We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges up to the full service fee.

6. Companion Conduct

Our companions are expected to provide respectful, compassionate care. They are prohibited from providing medical care, administering medications, or engaging in any illegal activities. Companions will follow all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards of conduct.

7. Limitations of Service

Our services do not include medical care, nursing services, or any other services requiring professional licensing. We are not a substitute for professional healthcare services and should not be used in emergency situations.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing a safe environment for our companions. Clients must disclose any health conditions, behavioral issues, or other circumstances that may affect the provision of our services. Abusive behavior toward companions will not be tolerated.

9. Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Visit My Granny website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Visit My Granny and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any content from our website without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visit My Granny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Visit My Granny and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
