At Visit My Granny, we are proud to offer specialized companion care services for our nation's heroes. Our Veterans Care Division is dedicated to serving those who have bravely served our country.
Our Mission
Our mission is to honor the service and sacrifice of our veterans by providing compassionate, respectful, and personalized companion care that enhances their quality of life and maintains their dignity and independence.
We believe that those who have served our country deserve the highest standard of care and attention in their later years. Our specially trained caregivers understand the unique needs of veterans and are committed to providing support with the utmost respect and appreciation.
SPECIALIZED VETERAN SERVICES
Our Veterans Care Division offers specialized services tailored to the unique needs of our veterans.
Our specially trained companions understand the unique experiences of veterans. Many of our caregivers are veterans themselves or have close ties to military service, providing meaningful connection and understanding.
Our team can help veterans navigate the complex system of VA benefits and other resources available to them. We assist with paperwork, appointments, and ensure veterans are receiving all the benefits they're entitled to.
We provide specialized care for conditions common among veterans, including PTSD, mobility issues, and chronic health conditions. Our caregivers are trained to provide compassionate support with understanding and dignity.
We provide transportation and accompaniment to VA medical appointments, ensuring veterans never miss important healthcare visits. Our companions can take notes, ask questions, and provide support during appointments.
We help veterans stay connected to their community and fellow veterans through local events, veteran organizations, and social activities. Maintaining these connections is vital for mental health and well-being.
